This virtual course teaches all of the foundations of proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight. Enjoy weekly Zoom sessions to learn about meal balance and planning, mindful eating, building a healthy routine and much more. Attend live to ask questions, or watch the recordings! Ask questions of experts and fellow course attendees to stay connected, supported and focused. Pair this course with at least one 60-minute virtual session to help tailor the advice directly to your situation.
