DTD is a fully-online program for chronic dieters to reframe thoughts about food, transform diet and lifestyle habits with the support and follow-through of 1:1 coaching.

This program has 2 parts: The self-paced learning modules are meant to be completed at a pace of 1 chapter per week, however, you have access to the platform for a full year. The weekly live group seminars are available to you for the first 12 weeks after sign-up.

Time is of the essence! Modules are made to be concise and to the point. Each chapter will take about 30 minutes to complete, but time during the week to implement what you’ve learned may vary. Weekly live seminars run for 60 minutes each.

Weekly seminars are held live, usually on Tuesdays at 2pm EST. I encourage you to attend live when possible, but understand that there will be no perfect time for all members to attend. All sessions are recorded and emailed to program members the following day.

If you cannot attend live, you may submit questions via email to be answered in seminar (time permitting). All questions will be answered either in seminar or via email depending on the volume of weekly questions.

The terms of your HSA may allow you to use funds towards the purchase price of the program. I suggest checking with your plan for details.
