60 Minute Virtual Nutrition Counseling Session

We’ll discuss your current lifestyle habits, analyze eating patterns and calculate your estimated energy needs to help formulate a fully-customized plan that supports your weight loss goals. 30-minute check-in sessions are recommended weekly or biweekly for three months for optimal support and results.
