High Protein Tuna Mac Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Chickpea Pasta 12-ounce box
  • 2 cans Albacore Tuna 12-ounce can
  • 1 bag Broccoli Slaw 16-ounce bag
  • 1 each Dill Pickle large, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Juice
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olive
  • 6 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper or to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta per package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

This recipe contains 35 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber.
One serving is approximately 2 cups or 350 grams.
