Ingredients
  

  • 2/5 package silken tofu (Nasoya) 2 servings or 182 grams
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup cherry berry frozen berry blend
  • 1/2 cup 100% pomegranate juice (try POM Wonderful)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop Orgain Vanilla protein powder (23 grams)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
